Local offices

You can use your council tax payment card to pay by cash, cheque, debit card or credit card at any of the local Council offices. Post Office

You can use your council tax payment card to pay by cash, cheque or debit card at any Post Office. Your payment will normally be credited to your account within four working days.

PayPoint outlet

You can use your council tax payment card to pay by cash at any retail outlet displaying the PayPoint logo. Your payment will normally be credited to your account within four working days. Details of all PayPoint outlets in East Lothian can be found here.

You can request a new payment card by completing the form below but please remember that you do not need a payment card to make a payment online or over the telephone. If you still wish to request a payment card, please complete this form.
